Alternate Setlist

Hello everyone! I'm new here to the ledge and I thought starting a thread would be an excellent way to introduce myself! :wavey: I'm 18 years old and became a Fleetwood Mac/Stevie fan about 2 years ago. I've actually been reading these forums religiously for almost a year now and I finally decided that it was time for me to register haha. Anyway I just have to say that I am beyond excited for this tour as I'm going to the Nashville show and this will be my first time seeing Stevie live!!!! I wanted to go to OWTS last year but sadly didn't have the money then:( The setlist from the Phoenix show is absolutely phenomenal (never did I think Stevie would do Crying in the Night and Wild Heart/Bella Donna had me in tears!) As Stevie has mentioned an alternating setlist, I'm curious to hear what ledgies would like her to perform. Which songs would you switch out and what with? Which songs do you want to stay for the duration of the tour? Personally, I would like to see different 24 Karat Gold songs such as the title track, ATBW and The Dealer make an appearance!! And as much as I love If Anyone Falls, I think I would rather see Rooms on Fire in its place. But Wild Heart/Bella Donna HAVE to stay because they are perfect!

:wavey: WELCOME!!! I'm from Nashville too! That's cool that this will be your first Stevie show! Seeing her for the first time is quite a rush and a feeling that you will always remember. I'm always envious of people who see her for the first time. What are your favorite albums and songs?

To answer your question - If she DOES indeed alternate her set, I'd ALSO like to hear ATBW and Rooms On Fire. I'd also add 24 Karat Gold and TISL to that list! :D

Again, welcome! The Ledge can be an "interesting place" (to say the least) but most of us here are very welcoming and genuinely interested in fresh input and new opinions. :)

Thanks for the warm welcome!!! I absolutely cannot wait for the moment I first see Stevie walk on stage, I might faint haha. Gosh it's so hard to pick a favorite album and song, I think it's a tie for Bella Donna and Wild Heart for albums. Songs, I love them all but I often say that Sable on Blond is my favorite!!!

Welcome to the board 24K.Its nice young fans like you are enjoying classic rock artists like Stevie and FM.Give it time Stevie might swap tunes in the setlist as the tour goes on.I would love to see her tag on Silent Night to close the show towards the end of the tour. Thats the only cover I want to hear out of her.

Hello everyone. I’m Gordo. Likewise, this is also my first time posting here. Likewise, I’m also from nashville. Ha ha ha. She will be playing here on the seventh of november. It will be my sixth time watching her perform. My first show was in Atlanta of 94 when I was a kid and it was the street angel promotional shows. We had the cassette tape. Ha ha ha. Though I vividly recall falling in love with her when trouble in shangrila was out and she was doing cross promotion with destiny’s child.
I’m reeling in anticipation for this nashville show and I will just die if she changes up the listing and doesn’t sing wild heart and bella donna. They must stay. I would like to see the cathouse blues and mabel normand and blue water in the list and maybe she will do blue water in nashville since lady antebellum lives here? From other records I would like you may be the one and love is like a river, my favorite song. An unpopular opinion, surely. Ha ha ha.
To be frank, I think her changing the listing from show to show comment was an off the cuff remark and honestly I cannot see her doing this. Perhaps she will surprise us? That would be nice just like this tour list was such a surprise.

Welcome, newbies! As for changing the set list periodically, I think it's a great idea. I don't think it'll be a radical change, but maybe one night she"ll perform Rooms on Fire instead of Outside the Rain, for example. Not only does doing that keep Stevie and the band on their toes, it also surprises the audience. Just my opinion.

Welcome, Greta!!! Er...I mean Movie Star View! ;)

I'm LITERALLY leaving for the airport in 5 mins. I'll post later on tonight if there are any changes in the set list!

I love the mashup she did with Wild Heart and Bella Donna. It has me thinking how fun some other mashups might be?

Unlikely, of course, but might be interesting.

Street Angel>>>>Trouble In Shangri La
Destiny>>>>Enchanted
I Can't Wait>>>>Everybody Finds Out

Just got back. Yeah, there were no changes which is why I didn't post. BUT...she looked and sounded fabulous!!! The arena was jam packed and there was such good energy. Even the Pretenders fans were digging on Stevie. One thing that put a smile on my face was the thunderous applause after EVERY SONG, even the obscure ones like "Starshine", "IYWML", etc. I think she really felt that, too!

Ya'll, "Moonlight" on this tour is incredible!!! :] It was the first time I've every "ugly cried" in public. :o

While I agree that "Wild Heart" and "Bella" would have been better in their entirety, I understand why she turned them into a split medley. And they were the two songs that got everyone on their feet, other than the usual top 40 hits.

Great show! I could go on and on and on but I'm nursing a wicked hangover right now and just got off a plane. I need sleep. I'm getting too old to burn the candle at both ends!

 That's Denver. The thin mile-high air and the marijuana haze leave concert crowds always feeling extra appreciative. I'm not even joking - Denver has a reputation for outstanding crowds at concerts. And seriously- I've never been to a Broadway show or ballet or other play here that didn't get a standing ovation.
