If I get banned

I really enjoyed the banter & the difference of opinion.

Yes, when people disagree the best thing is to talk about things- though I'm well aware things got too heated at times and some of the comments were excruciatingly ridiculous. I am not aware of what spilled over into other forums- if this was the case I wonder if moderators couldn't have just removed those offending comments and issued warnings to particular individuals rather than jumping to outright banning of topics? (perhaps that did occur...I don't know).

What's everyones favourite breakfast cereal?

It's not salty ...I try to avoid unnecessary added sugar and a all processed white foods, I try to also keep vegan only eating clean meats occasionally

Jokes aside, to me wheat flakes taste briney.
I can't keep myself from sugars for breakfast because in Italy breakfast is usually sweet unlike other countries (see that old topic of Bella Donna about how we start our day) and also sugars are essential for those who have intense brain work in the morning.

I do use hemp milk and blend in Honey , fresh ginger and turmeric, and fresh ground black pepper( to get 1000 percent of the benefit of the turmeric root) and I add fresh Pomegranate, cherries, peaches, blueberries ,apples what ever is in season

Here hemp milk isn't common, how does it taste? Is it like soy milk or rice milk?

A bowl of Shreddies with grapes, banana and strawberries + a spoonful of sugar.

I've just searched "Shreddies" on google and the first result was a "flatulence filtering garment" brand.

Nutty I find it has a slight hazelnut flavor. I use the unsweetened

The picture of the girl that "farts with confidence" is priceless.
Their selling site for Italy is called "shytobuy". They may be too shy to buy, but they aren't too shy to fart.

My definition of Shreddies has always involved some type of skateboarding or surfing?? Like a surfer who's hot on a given day, He's got a case of the shreddies!! Or we did some shredding on the skateboards today and now I want to go out again because I've got the shreddies!!
