I was listening to Rumours yesterday straight through, not skiping a single track. However, once it reached Don't Stop... I was kind of like "Oh God, not that again!" For some unknown reason to me l simply just can NOT take hearing it anymore. Which is odd to me because it used to be one of my favorite songs on Rumours. :(
Has this ever happened to you?

I have started skipping all my FM stuff lately, sadly. 13 years of nothing new will do that to you. And I have sickened of living in the '70's.

Agreed, I can't stand Don't Stop its so cheesy and the fact it was involved in a political aspect makes it worse

I prefer band's to be apolitical.

I understand. 13 years of nothing new and hearing the "classics" over and over can get pretty tiresome. I hope you aren't becoming a former fan though! :(

The only song I skip on Rumours is the same song I've been skipping since I first started listening to the album in 1977: "Never Going Back Again." Never really liked it, though I know the studio version of it is excellent.

Don't Stop. I loved it love it love it for years. Then I stopped loving it. Now I love it all over again. But I've only ever loved the album version. Live the song never captures that magical spirit.

wait wait.... 13 years?? was 2013 13 years ago? that was when last new FM music came out.

some people may have not liked the EP, but pretending that it never came out is kinda silly. :shrug:

I've never heard it, either. I have friends who worship the ground old goat breath walks on, and they told me to not bother getting it, that it was baa'd.
