Crystal Visions back on Australian charts

Well, the Mac being in Australia has done wonders for their catalogue and sales, including Stevie's.

Greatest Hits, The Very best of, 25 Years ~ The Chain, Rumours and a big surprise, Crystal Visions ~ The Very best of Stevie Nicks all make appearances on the catalogue charts at #1, #2, #6, #14 and #39 respectively.

On the main top 50 chart, GH is at #15, TVBO one place behind at #16 and 25YTC is at #28.

This is quite an incredible achievement and it has to be the first time in a very long time since Crystal Visions has made an appearance on any charts. I think it must be very close to a Platinum certification by now (70,000 copies) as it sold 35,000 copies by 2010.

The album was certified Silver in the UK for sales of 60,000 copies this time last year and as we all know, needs to be certified Gold in the US as it has sold upwards of 530,000 copies.

Anyway, a fantastic chart achievement for the Mac and a nice rare appearance from Stevie! :)

Crystal Visions has shot up to #20 on the catalogue charts in Australia which is great news! It was at #99 on the main top 100 albums chart last week so I expect it to have climbed considerably on that chart too.

It can't be far off a Platinum certification by now! :)
