Apologies if this has been posted before, but I've just viewed the performance of "Songbird" from Dublin (July 11th).

I'm not afraid to admit that this brought a tear...stunning.

It's absolutely gorgeous. I love how her voice has settled in. I shed a tear, as well. :distress:

I am very surprised how much Christine's voice has improved since 2004.

It improved over this tour. Even the 3 shows I saw at The Forum, she was getting stronger and stronger. wobbly on the high notes, but at least she's still going for them!

Wow, what a great performance of that song. I missed this concert by one day!

Glad someone captured it. And with such good sound quality.

Without doubt an amazing performance. But I notice that the pacing is a bit odd, and she rushes through "and songbirds are singing like they know the score."

It's lovely. Christine sings so well here, a magic moment.
Have you seen this one, Little Lies from Dublin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inRL9p0Itds
This is the definition of Christine having fun on stage, I love it, even if it is Little Lies.

Oh yes! In the beginning she couldn't get to the "Let's Give It A Try" low part of Little Lies. Now she can and it sounds great!

WOAH this was a great show! Just going back and watching Everywhere, Gypsy, Rhiannon-would have been a great show to film professionally.

wow, Stevie's makeup artist really went to town on Chris' eyes. And she's wearing what looks like Stevie's badge from the Heartbreakers. Stevie's gonna turn her into a mini-me yet.:laugh::laugh:

Close your eyes and listen to the live version of Sara from the 1980 live album. That is just music at it's finest right there, so beautiful.

There's a beautiful quietness to it. I love that track.
