1970-74 albums no longer on Youtube
 

All other Mac albums are on youtube in full but none of these are, I know they used to be, so they must have been taken off.

Which record label owns these songs and would want them off youtube, and does anyone have any idea why??

By right. None should be posted on YT.I suppose WB Reprise owns the rights of all FM albums.Thats a good question.

The YT song recognizer software robot caught up with the users and yanked the music off YT.The bot will probably catch up with the rest of them soon like it did with my YT channel with NBC Universal with my Jimmy Fallon clips.

They are not on Spotify either. But all the others from 1975 forward are. Strange.

They are blocked whenever you post them. They need to put them on iTunes already.

Yeah, I was noticing that the other day when I was trying to show someone Future Games.

Heroes are Hard to Find is still up, but with the songs played individually, ie with ads before each song. It looks like the only FM album that's still up is the 1968 one. There's one Rumours one still up, but you need to change the speed on it. Other than that, all of the 1975-1987 albums are also with the individual songs/ads too.

Which thread would that be?

Its time to take the vinyl out and give it a spin on the pottery wheel with the arm on it or if you dont have the vinyl copy .You always can get a copy by scouring the fleamarkets ,tag sales and if you like Ebay or Craigslist .You can try there.Or even make a request on here for a vinyl copy.

I rather hear the snap crackle pop of the 40 year old vinyl then somebodies tinny muffled YT copy.

YT is great for seeing if you like the tune before buying it.Atlease they should let people post 30 seconds of each tune and not the whole album for the freeloaders can snatch it.
