Gold Dust & Velvet Trinkets

Hey friends,

I made a CD compilation tonight (I call Gold Dust & Velvet Trinkets) that I find inspiring as a singer/songwriter myself. Anyone else make a compilation recently of songs/albums/etc that they find inspiring?

Destiny Rules
Free Fallin' (Tom Petty cover)
I Need To Know (Live with Tom Petty)
Gold And Braid (Live)
Sisters Of The Moon (Piano Demo)
Thrown Down (Wall Of Sound Alternative Version)
Smile At You (Angry Version Demo)
Long Distance Winner
Gold Dust Woman (Live 8 minute Version '81)
Talk To Me ('94 House Of Blues Live Version)
Wild Heart (Backstage getting make-up done version)
You Can't Fix This
No Spoken Word
No Light (Piano Demo)
Everybody Finds Out

Rod/aka Sur Rod
:wavey:

I can definitely see this as being inspiring!! I recently created a playlist that inspires me for writing/painting/driving/anything, but there's only a few FM/Stevie songs on there. I try to limit myself lol.

I have dozens of others somewhere in England, but I don't have them with me now...
