I've been working on a website since the last couple of days of December, and it will be up for people to access on the 1st of February. Thought I'd just let you all know. Will post again when it's up and open for business, and also when I make updates to it in the future. Cheers.

Such a good job on the video! And I can't wait to see the site. (Though I go back to work on the 2nd, not really looking forward to Feb.) :p

That was soooooooo good, I could watch over and over. Why can't they just get along like they appear to in this video? She seems to be really mad at him right now. Like the tour in '09. They got along better on the tour in '13. She said they had worked everything out and were the best of friends. What the heck happened to make her so mad right now?

This is nothing different. Same pattern every tour. When she's promoting solo work, she'll often publicly distance herself from FM and LB - though there are plenty of IYD and TISL quotes where she doesn't, it must be said. Then they'll have a 'talk' or a 'reconciliation'. Then the tour starts and it'll usually be up and down emotionally (bar 2013 - the grand exception, which was pretty much a 100% lovefest). Then the tour ends and Stevie will whine and distance herself again. The same thing here, except that she's doing it WHILE a tour is on, making it even more incongruous.

'We argue', 'we don't agree on anything', etc aren't really harbingers of doom. Even in 2013 she acknowledged onstage that "even though we argue, the love is always still there." It's always been like that. She'll change her mind on whether they're publicly friends or not from interview to interview, too. Just like in 2009, a few quotes in a magazine don't sum everything up. They've ret-conned Unleashed as COMPLETELY 'neutral' as of 2013 and yet there are plenty of pictures and videos which suggest that that doesn't tell the whole story. The same thing this year. Yes, there are shows where things are 'off' and she's a bit miffed or, at least, not as enthusiastic but 1) that's how it's always been 2) it doesn't negate the positivity or closeness of other gigs on the tour 3) I don't think he's always the cause of issues she has

You are right. I do feel like it's a roller coaster ride when reading/watching/listening to her interviews. I just want to tell her to "grow up and play nice."

Just logging on to say how excited and happy I am about the new Buckingham Nicks site.

Nicole has worked very hard and it will be a wonderful place for research - full of the most comprehensive history to date.

It's about time.

Amazing work! Best I've seen awhile since so many fan sites (for all artists really) seem to have died out around the time social media became big. Makes a bit nostalgic for about a decade ago (I'm the same age as you Nicole, so as nostalgic as people our age can be lol) all the amazing fan sites out there. And B/N has so much history, definitely a worthy labor of love.

Think I'll be busy on your site the next few hours. Love it. :)

I think they all knew in 2013 that Christine was coming back, or was at least in the process of coming back. The writing was pretty clearly on the wall even before that tour began. If Christine wanted to make music and had apparently gotten over her fear of flying (as well as the other issues that haven't been mentioned), then it was obvious what the next step was.

Thanks! There's a lot still to be done but my terrible internet slows my progress down a little, lol. I'm just annoyed I only became a fan in 2013 because I would've loved to have seen some of the older FM sites. I did manage to grab archived material from three of them, though, which was kind of gratifying.
