What's your most prized item in your FM collection?
For those who collect Fleetwood Mac memorabilia, what's your most prized item in your collection?
Personally, aside from my small autograph collection, it would have to be my Oakland Day on the Green (1977) poster. I snagged it online a few years ago for about $50. :D Before I bought it, it was my most wanted FM collectible; now that title goes to a Rhiannon art print. |
Same here- my absolute favorite item is my 1977 Day On The Green lithograph. I just love it because it's beautiful to look at. My parents bought it for me for Christmas about 15 years ago.

I would probably say its my Greatest Hits 24k gold cd that I bought probably about 16 years ago. I have it framed in my music room as I call it.
My other favorite is my Stevie Nicks signed tambourine that I won from her website about 14 years ago. I have that in a black shadow box. |
Buckingham Nicks album signed by both Stevie and Lindsey at RRHOF when they were inducted.
|
A signed (by everyone except Christine McVie) copy of the 2002 'The Very Best Of Fleetwood Mac' CD, that 'Warner Brothers Music' had put up for auction for some charity cause, if I remember correctly.
Stevie-wise, a 'Wild Heart' tour gold ring made by her jeweller Henri David, and an inscribed signed photo that I got through her mail-lady Ginny Kamano. |
My collection isn't overly exciting, but my most cherished one is my vinyl copy of Tango in the Night, which my parents got me for Christmas in 1987 (along with a new record/cassette player for my room). I'd been listening to their banged-up copy of Rumours on a little folding record player (meant for kids' records) for a few weeks after finding it in a back closet. Needless to say, putting on a brand new vinyl record with a set of decent speakers -- that album, no less -- just blew me away and I could stop listening to it. Even the few Tango songs they've remastered don't compare to it. Now, if I could just find that record player...

Mine is simple. It's my Super Deluxe Edition of Rumours.

Oh my god .Thats a good question.I love my whole collection.
I wish I had something signed. |
I have many.......
1.My "Ultimate Box Set" I created with 20 years of photos in a decoupage chest inside and out of pictures I collected from 1977-1997. All my treasures are inside the chest.
2. My autograph picture Stevie signed of her tour book in 1994 back stage when I met her. 3. Mick Fleetwood signing my "25 Years"book after meeting him in 1996 at QVC and spending time talking about what was about to come. ........and so much more! |

My items would be a Lindsey Buckingham guitar pick, (yes I know he doesn't use them, but he has them stuck into his mike and my husband grabbed one that had fallen on the stage for me-it's white with a black LB on one side and a picture of a pick, with a red circle and line through the middle on the other side , I just think it's funny and kinda cool) and the drumsticks that Mick signed for my husband and I. |
