Alexa Chung (former MTV host, model) designed her own denim fashion line for mytheresa.com and decided to sing Blue Denim in an somewhat artsy video directed by Gia Coppola to promote this? I'll be honest, I'm not exactly sure what's going on but it's nice that one of Stevie's lesser known singles is getting exposure this way. I'll doubt it has the kind of impact AHS had with Seven Wonders but still pretty cool.

Cute, I remember last year I can't wait was included in the soundtrack of the new videogame GTA V and my best friend bought it, when I made her listen to the song she was all happy: "That's the song that was always played from the Los Santos Rock Radio, when I get in the car there's always this song!"

Interesting, mildly entertaining cover of a song I never expected anyone to cover ; She did it her way, sung with very little range. But it's not bad. At least give her points for doing a Street Angel song.

Not bad but there are more people credited on the production of the video than there in the audience. :lol: Maybe it's a lot of the same people.

Alexa Chung has performed a cover of Stevie Nicks' 'Blue Denim' to promote her new clothing line.

The video was directed by Gia Coppola, and sees the television presenter wearing a dress from her Alexa Chung for AG denim collection.

Chung's rendition of the song was produced by Dev Hynes in New York City.

'Blue Denim' is the opening track on Nicks's 1994 solo record Street Angel.

Chung has created 20 pieces including jeans, dungarees and dresses with denim brand AG Adriano Goldschmied for the line.

"The collection is inherently the missing pieces of my dream denim wardrobe, which, as ever, is predominantly inspired by a late '60s, early '70s aesthetic," she explained.

Chung's denim line is available in shops this month.
