What to ask at meet & greet?

I don't really have any questions at this point other than the obligatory: "when is Stevie gonna sign on to the album". Any ledgie thoughts?

I'd appreciate some suggestions, too, so that we can ask something that might be interesting for Mick to answer.

Is anyone going to the M&G in San Diego? It would be great to meet others from this MB.

What's with the 1250 dollars tickets

was there ever any plan to record before touring, or were they all onboard for going straight back on the road?

does touring in some way help finance the recording (i.e. showing a record company there's a market for an album?)

Sorry I can only think of wise cracks (i.e. "Why don't you fact check your books before putting them out?" etc.). :)

Ask about Hold Me, why they didn't play it on The Dance or on this current tour despite it being a big hit at one point.

Also ask about the Mirage tour live video. Ask if the uncut version is laying around somewhere and if it would ever get released or put on YouTube.

Just try and think of something unusual, that he wouldn't have been badgered about before! I asked him about bringing back "Why" at his London book signing and he seemed genuinely startled by the question and we had a lovely chat. I'm tiring of the Kremlinology that we're having to endure about the new album! If you must, maybe ask him if a Lindsey/Chris-based Mac EP might come out in the meantime? That might coax she-who-must-be-obeyed to at least contribute some backing vocals...

If you've not read it, my account of the meeting is here

If you're really stuck, ask him how Danny Kirwan is or for more details about Peter's playing on Brown Eyes, or even if that song might be on the setlist for the next leg of the tour, or if it might be included when they hit the UK.

Well, I for one would like to know why no one else does meets & greets. Just something I wondered. If John ever talks @ a concert & if he plans to see the new movie, The Penguins of Madagascar. Will he put Oh Well or Sara back in the set list? Will they put some new songs in the set list? Do his older daughters ever come to a show? What is his favorite Fleetwood Mac album or song?

If I think of anything else, I will let you know.

Lee :)

Hmmmm, I'm not saying they are good questions but...

Is he keeping up with Richard's blog?
Would he like to one day do more work/shows with the likes of James Hetfield and Steve Tyler?
What's his favourite Bob Welch era song?
Is he still in touch with Billy, Bekka or Dave?
Who would play him in 'The Fleetwood Mac Story'?
He was recently asked about the UK TV programme 'Strictly Come Dancing' but didn't seem aware of it. He may be more familiar with the US version 'Dancing With The Stars'. Would he ever consider going on that show or any other similar reality TV programme?
What do the other four members think about 24K Gold?
What other deep cuts did they consider playing in the set?
Though he's not a songwriter, are there any songs he had more of a hand in creating than the others (apart from those he has a credit for?)
When was the last time he spoke to Ken? Would he ever envisage Ken having a hand in producing a future Mac album?
Would he make another 'solo' album?
If they go on as a foursome will they tour the UK?
