Mick & Duane Eddy

Mick says in a caption to a picture of him with Duane Eddy in his new book that he later played on some of Duane Eddy's records. Anyone here know which ones he's referring to?

For those interested, and not to trample on Mick's credibility, again (or lack thereof) but just documenting that what he said in his new book above is false. I just heard back from someone in contact with Duane Eddy who asked him this for me and Duane said: "Mick never played on any of my tracks... nor me on any of his. Although I did drop by a session of his in Santa Monica and watched Lindsey Buckingham play on an overdub. And Mick visited the studio where I was working in The San Fernando Valley just as I was finishing up a couple of tracks for my Capitol album. That's where we took a bunch of pictures together. But we never did get to play together. If Mick said he played on a session of mine, he probably came to the studio that day intending to, and perhaps in his mind he thought he must have, but we were already into our last track so he just stayed for some pictures and we all went out to eat. We've spent some time together and hung out several times. This was mostly in the Eighties when the group was breaking up and later when they were thinking of getting back together. We also spent several hours talking on the phone at times...."

I love Duane Eddy and him way playing guitar.I did not know that Mick worked with him.

Duane did a cover in 1976 of "You Are My Sunshine"With Waylon J.Jessie C and Willie Nelson.I think Tompall Glaser was with them.I got the 45 floating around here somewhere and the tune is not on Youtube.I think it was the best cover of that song to date.
