I will be uploading video and pictures from the Indy show over the next few days. I have some great shots from a great show. The crowd seemed more into it than at the Columbus OH show a few days ago and the whole band seem to feed off of it. I had a great time.

It was a FANTASTIC show. Lindsey seemed to be the only one having vocal problems(anyone notice that he doesn't sing a LOT of harmony parts now - he just plays, and lets the backup girls do it[I'm sure he's saving his voice for the hard songs]). Chris sounded great, and I didn't notice her having troubles with the high parts(my friend Michelle was at opening night, and in Indy with me, and said that she did have troubles on opening night - but that was gone on Tuesday).

She is only gonna get stronger. She has perfect pitch, so it's just a matter of execution. And with endurance coming around the corner she's gonna be unstoppable. Lindsey seems a little hoarse, perhaps a cold?

Maybe. He was definitely hoarse. I think nearly all of his songs have been dropped in key.

Stevie and Chris both sounded good. Stevie looked pissed off, though. Probably had chiffon riding up!:lol:

It's the plastic surgery. Her face is stuck like that.

:lol: My friends and I joke that Stevie has "resting bitch face." When she's not smiling, she often looks unhappy or full-on pissed off.

Glad to hear you had fun, David! I really hope they decide to film one of the shows for DVD/Blu-ray.

Hopefully that's it. I went with two girls(who are FAR more sensitive than I :lol: ), and they both SWORE that Stevie was pissed off.

She better stop getting plastic surgery. She no longer has smile lines. For those who keep it up, it's only a matter of time until :eek:

It was a great show! They left it all on the stage and I agree with the comment that they seemed to feed off of the crowd. I was right up there with loud whistling. The standing ovation for Christine was awesome - seemed like 5 minutes and she seemed truly humbled by it. I have a few pics from my iPhone, not great quality but a sampling that I think sums up the show. There were times that it seemed like Christine was looking directly at me! Yes, I'm probably delusional ha ha!

Looks like you were straight left of us! We were on the aisle in front of LB. We (our tickets) were 15th row, then I found us two empties in the 10th row, which no one ever claimed. BUT, we made friends with the security guard, who invited us up to 3rd row!:angel:

I know people here think I'm an ass, and that's okay... So, I was wearing a Fender(guitar) T-shirt, and the security guard motioned me to come to him, where he said, "All Fender people are seated in the back of the balcony! You need to leave!" And I said, "No, all Gibson people are in the back, and you need to go back there!" A few songs into their set, he pointed at me and "Michelle2677"(she's still a huge fan, but left here a few years ago), and told us we could come up to the 3rd row, at least until his supervisor came around. After the show, we made our way thru the crowd, to shake his hand and give him a hug. :) Literally the best show of my life.

Awww. It gives one goose flesh. And in a rare burst of foresight, FM knew how to capitalize on the love for Christine. I think it was brilliant the way they sequenced the setlist so as soon as she started with YMLF the crowd would roar. It must be a wonderful sensation for her, but as an audience member, I get sweeped up on the excitement as well.

I wish she'd never have left, but the joy of seeing her again when I never thought we would is something that cannot be paralleled. I was online for a long time, but I didn't get online for FM until about 2003 and yours and Gail's posts on Christine were among the first I ever read.

Her longtime fans are getting such a gift and she's making new fans too, after all this time.

Also, I love that picture of Lindsey you snapped.

I wonder what the reasoning is about that. Do they think they don't do good three part harmony any longer? I don't think he's saving his voice, because he's never seemed to mind just screaming through a song. I am glad he still chimes in on Little Lies, anyway. Tell me lies ...

Yes indeed, it is a dream come true! And I don't mean this in any way disrespectful, but I wish I could see them in concert for the price of a ticket we used to pay, or at least somewhat comparative. I know the times have changed, but it also seems like somewhat of a "corporate ripoff".

And I wait for the sound of my gypsy, back to the floor I love, in a room with some lace and paper flowers.........simpler easier times. I know it's two separate songs, but I feel they are connected.

Hey!! Don't forget the other Christine fan!!:rolleyes:
