The Ledge - Next Snippet

The Ledge (http://ledge.fleetwoodmac.net/index.php)

- Stevie Nicks (http://ledge.fleetwoodmac.net/forumdisplay.php?f=7)

- - Next Snippet (http://ledge.fleetwoodmac.net/showthread.php?t=54076)

If you could pick what the next snippet would be, what would you pick? (Not including "The Dealer", "If You Were My Love", or "Mabel Normand"

Starshine does not fit on this poll so if you vote that write it separate below

All The Beautiful Worlds! Need reassurance on this song. Even though I think it's gonna be awesome.

i second All the Beautiful Worlds

i would vote Blue Water
but i want to mentally be prepared for that
and have no "spoilers" :D:D

Lady, 'cause I wanna know what song it is.

I vote "Belle Fleur"...just because I'm more curious about how this one is going to turn out more than I am my favorite demos. :)

Well, you know what they say about great minds! :D

"She Loves Him Still", though hesitant...

Please show restraint and don't belt it...Please show restraint and don't belt it...Please show restraint and don't belt it...

Exactly my sentiments. This song is the most important to me. As Rupaul would say, "Don't **** it up!"

you took my thoughts right out of my head

I voted for All The Beautiful Worlds, because I thought for some reason that we were supposed to pick the one we thought was most likely to actually be the next clip. I'd actually like to hear Watch Devil if I had a choice. :o

My guess is that they'll preview the "snippit" for "Lady" the week after next, on the 26th, which is the day after they release the full song as a digital single. I also predict they'll save the "24 Karat Gold" and "Starshine" snippits for the days those full digital singles become available as well.

If you look at the order of the track listing on the Deluxe 16 song edition, and then remove the 4 digital songs we'll be getting/or have already gotten before the album is released (The Dealer, Lady, Starshine & 24 Karat) then it would appear that they are "previewing" the songs in "track order" (which explains why they started with "If You Were My Love" and continued with "Mabel"). So maybe this coming Tuesday the 19th we'll get the "Twisted" snippit and then that Friday the 22nd we'll get "Belle Fleur".

And then the 26th, the day after "Lady" is released, we'll get that snippit...and that Friday the 29th, they'll go back to "track order" and preview "All The Beautiful Worlds".

If this is how they are doing things, then the Instagram preview snippits would go in this order...
8/5 The Dealer
8/12 If You Were My Love
8/15 Mabel Normand
8/19 Belle Fleur
8/22 All The Beautiful Worlds
8/26 Lady
8/29 I Don't Care
9/2 Hard Advice
9/5 Carousel
9/9 Blue Water
9/12 Cathouse Blues
9/16 Starshine
9/19 She Loves Him Still
9/23 24 Karat Gold
9/26 Twisted
9/30 Watch Chain

And then there's also the possibility that they will save the previews for the 2 bonus tracks, "Twisted" and "Watch Chain" for the final week before the album comes out. Who knows? I'm tired and most likely over thinking this whole thing.

EDITED 8/19 ~ To reflect that now they're possibly saving the bonus tracks to preview last! So this "might" be the snippit order from here on out. But I'm probably wrong again. ;)

Of course, this is just my own speculation, based on how things have been previewed thus far. Am I making any sense, whatsoever? And why am I still awake??? I need to go to bed!

I agreed with this! I think the next snippet is "Twisted" and they'll keep going in order of the tracklist.

"All the beautiful worlds that I have seen so far all fall down..."

Great, thoughtful prediction! I bet you very well may be right.
