Ooh baby

I am new here so forgive me if I get some facts wrong but when I hear ooh baby and mistaken love I always say to myself(after balling my eyes out) why does nobody ever mention ooh baby here? I feel both those songs should be on some album at sometime I think to me they are so deep and beautiful. I would love to hear what people feel about ooh baby.

Just wanted to add

I was browsing through you tube and they don't even have ooh baby I am just not understanding how this song goes unnoticed

A beautiful song and to me a classic example of Stevie at her finest.

I kind of forgot about that one -- such an epic mood piece with strings!

I had put Ooh Baby on my wishlist for the new album in that poll on here. I definitely think it needs to be recorded

Ooh Baby is a song that has touched my heart for many years. But it's so, so sad that I often wonder if Stevie thinks it's too hopeless to put out. :( I think it's one of those songs that could be incorporated into something else to give a more hopeful message.

Im so glad you mentioned "ooh baby"...I dont think I have ever seen anyone talk about it in this forum. It is indeed one of my favorite lost songs of Stevie's!

Ty

;) I am glad someone loves it as much as i do. The song itself brings out so many different emotions and i always wondered why mistaken love and ooh baby where not more recognized. I feel as a listener that she is obviously pouring her heart out in each song and I am so glad I came across this board yrs ago and found the song. I just don't post much:laugh:
