Lady Antebellum "Golden [feat. Stevie]" NOW on iTunes

Surprised no one's mentioned this yet. Lady Antebellum today re-released the track Golden as a single, this time with guesting vocals from Stevie.

Do any of you think it is remotely possible that Stevie would join them on a few of their tour dates this spring? They are fully booked through the beginning of summer I believe. I find it strange that she is doing the ACM's with them a full year after their Crossroads episode.

Thanks, I'm gonna buy it. I love that song!

I would love to see them tour.

My dog Kiwi passed away suddenly in February. My partner and I had her for 13 years, and it was very sudden. She was a beautiful golden coated chow mix rescue. We're still reeling from the loss.
The first time I listened to this after Kiwi passed I just cried and cried. I still tear up listening to it, but it's a little more bittersweet. I think of the time we had her, and how it enriched our lives.
I'm so glad I now have a studio version instead of the crappy quality audio I ripped from YouTube.

Is it a studio version or the version from Crossroads?

Love it!

I have loved this song since the album came out, but Stevie makes it even better. Now, my message for Stevie is to get back in the studio with YOUR band!

I agree with both of you.

It would be great if the tune gets country radio airplay.I'm probably asking for too much.

Raven: So very sorry to hear about the loss of your beloved Kiwi. She sounds like she was a wonderful companion. We lost our chow chow, Chelsea, in 2008 and I'm still not over it. They really make a huge difference in our lives--and then tear a hole in our hearts when they leave. I'm glad you'll have this special song to remember her.

This song is really beautiful, IMO. I hope it gets some radio play, country or otherwise.

Thanks for the heads up for a studio version of Golden with LA and Stevie~I got this today, totally loving this great audio version better than the YT ones of Crossroads, much better sound. It's also different than the Crossroads version. After listening to LA's original version of Golden and this one with Stevie, I much rather prefer this version with Stevie, it sounds so rich. Love it!!
