My local CBS anchor just did that when she was talking about David Letterman retiring. She kept saying how much she LOVED the show and would miss Dave and Paul Frasier. That proved to me that she'd probably never seen Letterman at all.

I like her. No matter how dumb it sounds to us, I bet she will connect to a young audience. And she did put in a lively tone and attitude towards her autocued info that she doesn't know sh/t about. She's even having fun. I love her.
