Interesting news regarding ticket sales for concerts

I'm curious as to if this will pass or not, because they need to do SOMETHING about this upcharging issue by scalpers. We used to have to stand in line for tickets. Will they go back to that? Doubtful they will here, but we shall see.

tickets always seem to go on-sale while i am at work so i am never able to go to the box office anyway so for me going on-line is just much easier. i used to hate the days of waiting in line to find out that the only tickets left were crappy ones. its so much easier now to get amazing tickets to concerts and most of the time i dont even pay face value. i just wait for stubhub or go on ebay closer to the show and they always drop the prices of the tickets. if i dont mind paying face value then i go on ticketmaster a few days before and pull up something great. i think the worst i ended up with over the last 10 years was maybe 10th row.
