meet and greet - when do ya get ya tickets?
 

i think it is a bit rubbish - you buy the meet and greet tickets and the confirmation email doenst even say what date you have bought for.

do you get your tickets or just a phone call on the actual day?

I know. It's crazy. I bought tickets for the shows I could drive to and then I had a 4th ticket and I didn't even remember what city it was for. I HOPED it was San Diego, but it wasn't. It was San Jose. I had to buy a plane ticket at the last minute, because I just completely didn't understand why I bought a ticket for San Jose. Today me can't remember what me from 3 months ago was thinking.

The confirmation doesn't say the date. I had to call Ground Central. They told me, but why wouldn't my receipt tell me what day and venue it is?
