Can someone from the UK tell me what he's saying?

Look, we got crazy people in America, like Anthony Weiner and Eliot Spitzer but what the hell is this guy saying? I don't live in New York, but I'll vote for him:

Tony, 76, has become an internet sensation after breaking the news of the arrival of the future king to crowds outside of Lindo Wing of St Mary’s Hospital in London.

“I just gatecrashed it,” he admits.

“Now I am in every newspaper in the country and the footage of me outside the hospital has been shown all over the world.”

Tony, who calls himself a “big royalist”, got on a train to London after hearing the news that the Duchess of Cambridge had gone into labour.

He then booked a taxi and managed to arrive outside St Mary’s just in time to scream the news to the waiting media.

“Oyez, Oyez! We welcome a future king,”, he shouted.

“On this day the 22 of July in the year 2013, we welcome ... a future king.

“The first born of their royal highness the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge

“The third in line to the throne.

“May he be long-lived happy and glorious and one day reign over us.

“God Save the Queen.”

Tony said: “It was a great honour, I am so humble.

“I just love the royals.”

Tony, who became Romford’s first town crier 12 years ago, is no stranger to royal events.

He performed official duties at William and Kate’s wedding and also took part in the Olympics closing ceremony last year.

He said: “I think [the royals] are a credit to this country and they bring so much money into the country.

“Lots of other countries are just jealous because they haven’t got a royal family.”
