is their any particular way you chose which songs were pit against eachother?

That was tough. I TRIED to pit songs that were similar. POTU and Moonlight were both old songs, written around the same time, both were mid tempo rockers. FFG and GAG were the 'rock' songs of each album, Love Is and CTF were the ballad closers. Everyday and Secret Love were both commercial, single material. TISL and WSS are what I would call the 'epic' songs. The rest I just had to find a way to pair up in a way that I thought was 'fair.' It's all subjective and I know that some people were not impressed with the pairings, but I did my best.

Soldier's Angel vs Love Changes - almost total opposites. I don't get the Love Changes, Love Is love at all.... they reak of blandness.

I disagree entirely. I adore both "Love Changes" and "Love Is"

Only one that surprises me is Bombay Sapphires losing to Italian Summer.

What one person finds bland, another find soothing, peaceful or calm. :shrug:
