Agree/ Disagree? Why? Pretty sure people rate the songs and albums and that's how the rate is determined so that could affect it. On the top songs list I didn't Include a repeat of Don't Stop and Go Your Own Way.
There are some things about this list that I agree with and others that I don't.

Where's Penguin on the album list? You don't have it listed? Or is it the website's fault?

Kiln House, Time, and BTM over Heroes?

These people need their ears checked.

Agreed. Well except for Kiln House. I personally think that its better than Heroes.

I agree as well.

It's hard to compare the different line-ups. Rumours topping the B&N-era list makes sense, but Then Play On is my favorite of the PG-era so I would've put it above Fleetwood Mac 1968. I also can't get into Tango in the Night, I think it's too overproduced. I like Kiln House better than Mirage as well.

The songs in the song list are quality, but I would have a hard time ranking them across the different line-ups. I love "Green Manalishi" and "Station Man" and "Homeward Bound" for example, more than I like "Over My Head". But "Over My Head" is a deserving hit of the B&N era, so.

Some of this is right on. But I don't think Tango is in the top 3--or even top 5. And Heroes is certainly better than Mask. And Kiln House should be above Mirage, imo.

cantgoback 02-09-2013 04:36 PM

Some of this is perfect other parts are just not, I don't like that Heroes is so close to last and time isn't. Also Tango as #3... really? anways, this is not my list this is a website's list.

Dragonfly 02-10-2013 09:53 AM

I definitely agree with the top 3 as Rumours, Tusk and Tango are my favourites but after that I'm not so sure.

I'm guessing this is a British site? Tango seems way more popular with Brits than it does Americans (and it is their second biggest selling album after Rumours), and Time and Behind The Mask (despite the latter hitting #1 on the back of Tango's success) were badly received here.
