The Ledge - An Update on EVERYTHING!

To My Dear Ledgies:

I've missed you. It's been far too long. I realized that the great relationships that had been built over the years had been missed. I guess the distance could stem from a slight dying away of hardcore fandom (I know a LOT of us have felt this), but I should have never left my friends.

Hope all is well with everyone!!! What's new in everyone's lives? Updates needed!!! :)

As for myself:

I graduated from WKU in May with Honors.

I interviewed for around 20 teaching jobs this summer, and.......

Landed one on the coast of Florida. I moved here the 15th of August and moved into my new apartment yesterday. I love it!!

I am the choir director at a Middle School - it's been crazy, but GREAT!

My dad remarried in May. A friend and I were in Charleston, SC during the wedding. Still haven't met the woman or her family.... it's kind of odd.

My 19 year old sister is having a baby on Christmas with her slacker boyfriend..... sometimes I feel bad about my stance on the situation, but I understand that I feel the way I do for a reason, and I stand by my laurels. If that makes me a bad person, so be it!

Life is good!!!! The teachers I work with have gone WELL out of their way to make me feel welcome. They're even going to set me up with my future wife. I love it!
