Fort Lauderdale Ledgies...
 

Are there any Ledgies going to the Fort Lauderdale concert 8/4/12? The two friends I'm going with hope to see some "chiffons" in the crowd. They have been enjoying some youtube videos of past shows and my stories of course, and are really looking forward to it. It will be their first Stevie show so I hope it is special for them.
If anyone plans a meet-up at the venue let me know. We are staying at Bonaventure and plan to take a cab ride or limo to the venue. I can't remember if there is restaurants/bars close to Bank Atlantic Center? Anyways hope to see some of you there.:)

BAC is across the street from the Sawgrass Mills mall.... You can literally walk over... there are lots of restaurants there...Chessecake Factory, Pf Chung, etc .... And they're all on the west side so you won't have the go thru the mall...
There are quite a few places around the Bonaventure too...

Great! Thanks for the info...I used to live in Lauderdale in the early 90's and would frequent the Sawgrass Mall. Didn't even realize Bank Atlantic was that close, I guess it's been a while.

I'm going. The three girls I am going with are dressing up too (some more than others). I am also dressing up, but not in chiffon, instead inspired by one of Stevie's more flamboyant band members from days past. I'm sure we will draw some attention - LOL - but it's all part of the fun!

Great show tonight...just got back to hotel room 3am...too old for that type of partying lol. Anyways Stevie sounded great. She was very energetic and happy. Her performance and gestures were just perfect. A lot of talking too. My friends couldn't believe how good she was. Nice to meet a few ledgies. Had really cool people sitting around us which enhanced the experience. Sharon C. looks literally half her age.

I had a fun time at the show with my girls! :-) It was a great Stevie show and we enjoyed Rod as well.

It was a pleasure meeting you too Brian! Hopefully she'll be back "next year" as she said :-)

hope everyone enjoyed the show nice pics tell you there is nothing like going to a stevie solo concert or a FM concert we are the best fans any artist can have and Stevie is the best in the business enjoy the show.:]:cool::D:blob2::blob1:;)
