Question for the meet and greet

I was thinking of this today...would it be terribly awkward to ask if lindsey had read or heard the remarks Mick said in the playboy interview about the current Fleetwood Mac situation??

I'm sure Lindsey would dodge answering that as best as possible!!! Or he has no idea at all that the article even exists, which wouldn't really surprise me...

No thoughts!? Quiet group around here I guess!

I'll answer. I think it MIGHT be awkward, if he gives you a snippy answer of some sort. But, I actually don't think it's a rude question. It's just an opinion thing.
Maybe test the waters first and see if you can "read" him.
But, if this is your first time talking to him...I should warn you...all thoughts tend to fly out the window. And, he can surprise you, too, by the way, and totally put you off whatever you were intending to say.

I think it might be more awkward if you were to walk up behind him and give him a "friendly" little choke hold. You know- ha ha ha, right?

BigAl84 05-08-2012 11:46 AM

Oh gosh I don't even think I would have the nerve to bring that up. I will either be a mess or surprisingly calm and just fine. I definitely wouldn't want to be rude thats for sure, not my intent!

hmm... while you are at it, why not go straight to it and ask him whether this song is about the same situation?;)

Would it be in bad taste to dress in Stevie garb & ask him to pretend to strangle me for a photo opp?

Questions You Might Ask Lindsey

If you were able to meet Lindsey, what do you think you would ask him?

mylittledemon 05-09-2012 07:54 PM

You know when I met him, I meant to ask him about guitars and his amps, etc. At the time I had just purchased a Model 1 for myself. Needless to say I forgot all guitar talk and just ended up thanking him, and saying I loved his music. So yeah... if I got a 2nd chance I'd talk to him more about his gear. Oh and I'd tell him to hurry up and get back together with Fleetwood Mac.

I think that's a good question, but I would never be brave enough.

I don't have any idea of what I'm going to say to him. I just hope I can open my mouth & not say something really stupid.

If I had the nerve, I'd ask him if he regrets rejoining Fleetwood Mac.

That's a good question. I'm sure glad he did. They could have decided not to let him back in the band.

They aren't nearly as crazy as they look.

I've thought about it quite a lot, and have come to the conclusion that I would probably ask him the following: "Ahumana mnna mmm mmm mmm -squeak- mmm mmm - faint-".
