One year of In Your Dreams; how is it holding up?
 

I still really like this album. I feel that some of the songs are a little too long, but I really the songs and her voice.

It def holds up, but I agree with you about some of the song lengths. I go through phases, but sometimes skip 1, 2, 4, 5.

Still love it.... still listen to it a few times a week...!!! and as you said, song length can sometimes be an issue.

This year has flown by. I still really like the album and play it often - Stevie is my wing woman on my drive to work!

I still love the cd. FWIW will go down as one of my favorite Stevie songs. The cd is strong and Stevie should be proud. Cheaper than free and Everybody loves you will always be my least favorite. Most disappointing closing song on ANY Stevie album....yes, even worse than Jane. Still yet. I love in your dreams!

How funny - Everybody Loves You, In Your Dreams and Italian Summer would go on my stevie nicks greatest hits.

Yup. It's crazy what appeals to some and not to others. I LOVE Italian Summer. It should have closed the cd!

I don't care for Cheaper Than Free and You May Be The One all that much. Other than that I still think it's one of her best and most consistent records ever.

I still love this CD. I love "Secret Love", "You Could Be The One", and ofcourse.....I tend to always go straight to "Moonlight". I love love love "Moonlight" and have not gotten burned out on it yet. The last songs that I listened to forever without getting burned out was "Rooms On Fire", and "Love Is"...... she is still giving us some great music. :)

Still love it. Pretty much everything but Ghosts are Gone. For some reason, I just didn't take to that song.

It's still as brilliant to me as it was when it came out, although I've cooled considerably to Everybody Loves You and find You Could Be The One to be one of the strongest songs on the album.

Still a great cd.But they robbed her on radio airplay.

i think bad single releases helped, but it would be nice to get some single edits - the single edit to ForWhat its Worth was better, please edit Italian summer, annabelle lee and moonlight and see what we get

It's still Excellent for me. It's still the best work she's done, for me, since WH. I think it's lightyears better then what Lindsey offered. My only problem is one she's had for a while. She has trouble editing her stuff. Songs could have been left off and/or shortened. Other then that wonderful album.:thumbsup: I'd dump.....Secret Love, Everybody loves you, Cheaper then Free and I've cooled on Anabel Lee, Also I wish she could have Shortened Ghosts are gone and Wide Sargasso Sea. They just go on a little long. I made a 9 track version that I like. runs 46 mins. And i still listen to the original on occasion.

A lot of songs need shorterened and it looks like they could of done it. The radio edits were good. The album would of been tighter with more edits.
