Sorry I'm not an Idol fan... what's a "mentor" exactly?

AND WHEN DOES THIS EPISODE COME ON SO I CAN WATCH AND RECORD IT AND LOVE IT FOREVER?!

Wow...what a surprise!! I was hoping that Stevie would be a mentor when Paula Abdul was a judge on the show a few years back (two 80s queens/chart toppers together on the same show is pretty cool), but as Louie said, it's great that this finally happened!

This major appearance in conjunction with the "Up All Night" guest starring role on NBC this week, we may see "In Your Dreams" back on the Top 200 chart. :)

It is time for the release of that documentary.

This stuff just makes me think about Mick and all the crap he said about Stevie. Without her exposure the last few years on these shows, Fleetwood Mac would of been forgotten about.

From Nickslive:

The theme for next week is “songs from your idols” which include Mariah Carey, Miranda Lambert, Led Zeppelin, Lifehouse and Daughtry.

Very cool. Thanks for posting. I watch Idol anyway, but this was a nice surprise. Great picture too. Go Stevie!!!! I can't wait to hear her words of wisdom as a mentor. Very, very interested to hear what she has to say .:D

"Drugs are bad...mmmkay."
"Pick out a uniform that you can wear your entire career."
"Don't date your producers or band members...oh, what am I saying? It sure worked for me!"

I can't wait to see the looks on their faces when they see Stevie. I sure hope what's her face is more starstruck than when she met Diddy.

whens it going to air.

I just love Stevie. She just keeps moving forward. She's an inspiration. She's a true legend. While others at her age settle down I love how she has decided to keep pushing forward. Love it!!

Perhaps Stevie and Jimmy's reconnection at that Grammy event last month sparked some of this.

I'm wondering if Stevie will be performing as well...isn't that what most of the mentors do at the conclusion of their mentorship?
