I've never seen that footage before, but that was taped in '98 I believe, around the time that she filmed her Behind the Music.

I haven't seen it before but I think the footage is older, Enchanted or TISL.

Not feeling it, the crimps are too perfect. You know what '90s style I miss? This, she looked super good like this.

You know at the end of the day I guess it doesn't matter what year it was but that Stevie is looking beautiful and healthy! She does look hot in the video though!

If the bangs were a wee bit longer this look would be perfect.
