Stevie in SoundCity

Stevie in new David Grohl documentary: http://banana1015.com/dave-grohl-dro...mentary-video/

Lindsey's in there too. This looks interesting.

Reminds me of David Grohl and Will Ferrell singing Leather and Lace.

How could I have missed that?!? Is there video anywhere?

Ah, found it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OlLzAWUY6Xo complete with obligatory "coke up the ass" reference and all.

Think I even saw Mick.

Funny! Thanks for sharing!

“Fleetwood Mac made records there; Neil Young made records there. Tom Petty, Cheap Trick, Dio, Ratt, Pat Benatar, Rick Springfield, Rage Against The Machine did their first record there, Nine Inch Nails, Metallica… Evel Knievel, Charles Manson recorded there, Barry White, Johnny Cash,” he continued. “So I interview them to tell the history of the studio, but then I invite them back to record with me, and we make a record.”

"Grohl also hints that a soundtrack could accompany the documentary. When he interviews artists for “Sound City,” he also records songs with them. So what we could end up with is a record featuring amazing artists and Dave Grohl. I think I can live with that."

Just the idea of Trent Reznor, Corey Taylor, and Stevie Nicks being on the same album or even the same song blows my mind! I don't know if Stevie actually recorded anything with them since she isn't much of a jam session girl, but it would be awesome if she did!
