i am going to see pat benatar in concert on april 18th. is anyone here a fan of hers?

Not really. But she did open for Fleetwood Mac, and REO Speedwagon, on the the Time tour.
She really had the pipes! I was impressed!

Pat Benatar is another one of my favs. I met her before her concert in Atlanta a few years back.

Many years ago I worked in a small concert venue and my favorite memory was Pat Benatar rehearsing Love is a Battlefield. Besides me and her there were only a few other people in the room!

Love Pat! Wish I could see her live. She's got Polish roots so she should come here to play at least one concert.

One of may favorites is Treat Me Right. Never understood why it's not included in any of her GH CDs. It also appears in An Officer and a Gentleman when the girls are preparing to meet the new boys

Actually you can find this song on her two latest compilations "Greatest Hits" from 2005 and "Ultimate Collection" from 2007 or 2008. Both compilations are perfectly remastered. The best choice is one CD "Greatest Hits" which has already gone Gold, selling in excess of 700.000 in US. On that compilation "Treat Me Right" appears in its single version, which doesn't differ too much from original album mix.

I've seen Pat 3 or 4 times. Always a great show!

I like her music though I've never seen her live. Anybody read her book? I'm a big reader. Like biographies.

I read somewhere that her book is dull :( But don't pay attention to reviews, maybe you'll find it interesting! I heard there's a lot of talk about her problems with record label-the same stuff that she exposed in VH1's Behind The Music documentary.

I've seen her several times and have never been disappointed in her concerts. I'm looking forward to seeing her again as well.
