"In Your Dreams" Documentary Fan Video Submission



Hello Stevie Nicks fans!

As many of you may have heard, a documentary film on the making of Stevie's latest album "In Your Dreams" is currently in the works and in the late stages of editing and post production. We here at Weapons of Mass Entertainment have realized we need another element to add into the movie, and that element is YOU!! We are looking for short video clips to add into the film from Stevie's fans themselves.

On your webcams (or any other desired video recording medium), we would love if you would record yourselves telling Stevie what she and/or this record might mean to you. More than likely, she will see these so feel free to speak as directly as you wish.

Also, if you want to get a little "rambunctious" or crazy within the testimonial, go for it!!
The more sincere or the more energetic, the better.

So have at it! Send us your words and wonderful faces! We want to hear from you and put you in the film!!!

Email your videos to [email protected] and John will forward them to Weapons of Mass Entertainment.

*** PLEASE keep your videos to no more than 2-3 minutes in length.

***CONTACT INFORMATION *** VERY IMPORTANT! Please include your contact information including FULL NAME, EMAIL AND/OR PHONE NUMBER!!

***Releases: We would like a video release either at the beginning or end of the video, which is YOU on camera saying this, word for word -

"My name is (State you name here) and I grant Weapons of Mass Entertainment the right to use my image and testimonial in the film "Stevie Nicks - In Your Dreams."

Also, In order for us to be able to use the footage you send us, we will need written releases from you. If your clip is chosen, you will be emailed a release so we NEED your contact info! The release will then need to be signed and returned in order for your video to be used in the documentary. Ok... awesome!

I also wonder why they took video of us fans at the Wiltern show? Weren't those supposed to be for the IYD Documentary? Confusion! :shrug:

I was thinking the same thing too. However, it doesn't look like they got too many people on camera at the Wiltern. Knowing Dave, he is going to probably assemble some kind of montage with nanosecond-long clips culled from many, many different people. I suspect that the most effusive, over-the-top testimonials will make the final cut. Word to the wise: chew the scenery!!

That Gold and Braid Ledgie video that's on youtube HAS to be submitted!! Who are the Ledgies featured in this again? I love it!

They'll maybe use both. I emailed John Kinney and asked about a deadline and he replied they didn't give him one, but said they need submissions asap.

OMG!!!!! I'm sitting in an airport in Atlanta awaiting my connecting flight to LA or I would do it right it's very instant. No worries. As long as my flight is on time I will do one tonight or at the latest tomorrow. And I have a five hour flight to figure out how to fit a lifetime of comments into two minutes! Arg!

Oh my! Wouldn't it be just a dream to have your video watched by Stevie herselft! And chosen?? I wonder what she'll be looking for..? What they're after. We just say what the album means to us?

Will definitely be doing this when i get home today. This is exciting! No clue what I'm going o say.....

Lol, I've never seen that before..That's awesome. Stevie would definitely get a kick out of that!
