Books...
Obviously Mick has his book, drug addled as it may be, but this is what I want:
A book by John. How interesting would it be to have a book by the silent member of Fleetwood Mac? He's insanely hilarious with his dry wit. And those silent guys are so precise with their take on what happened. THAT would be a book worth reading. A book by Stevie. Obviously this would be the best seller. Nothing else needs to be said. A book by Christine. She's had so much work-free time to reflect on her career that I think she could really give us an excellent take on Fleetwood Mac's history. Plus she's so well spoken. I don't, however, think Lindsey's take on these years would be very good. His overindulgence (which musically, is brilliant) I feel would read like a manual with too many large (self indulgent) words to bare. Thoughts? |
I just got my copy of Mick's book today and have yet to read it. I would love a book from Stevie, but only if it was going to be something she genuinely wanted to do ya know? I'd want it to be something different and fresh not a re-hash of tired stories
A book from either Chris or John would be absolutely fantastic, they are both hilarious and I love them to pieces. Lindsey's books could be interesting, as long as it wasn't overly philosophical, like you said I'm not sure I could stomach lots of looooong words either  |
I was actually just thinking today that Christine should write a book. It would be awesome. I think your idea of John writing a book would also be quite fantastic. I wonder if any of the current Mac members keep in touch with Christine?
