The Fleetwood Mac Songs (Part Four) - Survivor Challenge - Round Two
Here is what has lost so far:
Round One: Silver Girl Round One: Not Make Believe |
Bloody hard!!! But if I must...
Say You Will & Everybody Finds Out. |
I get pretty ruthless with these polls lately. LOL.
Destiny Rules & Running Through the Garden. |
I can not believe Not Make Believe is gone. Where's all the taste? lol.
Destiny Rules and Smile At You to go |
Looking at these songs reminds me how much there is to love about SYW. Far from a perfect album, but so many individual tracks, including all of the remaining ones, are fantastic. The title track is in the lead, and it's catchy as hell.

Speaking of demos, i'm voting for Goodbye Baby cause The Tower is like a hundred times better. And Destiny Rules, terrible vocals. However, i have to agree, SYW was a great album, especially on Stevie's side. As Mick would say, it was her best set of songs since the early eighties. |

I voted for" Say You Will"(because it's too repetitive and poppy) and for" Goodbye Baby" (only because it makes me sad) Didn't Stevie say herself that she wasn't totally "in love" with the songs on SYW? Makes me wonder how things will all play out when/if there will be a new FM album. Especially after working with Dave. I'm probably the minority here, but I'm in no rush for Stevie to hurry back to FM to tour or do another album with them (UNLESS Christine came back). I'd rather her do another solo album and/or do a small Buckingham Nicks tour with Lindsey. |

"Say You Will" and "Destiny Rules" to go.... |
I never liked the track Say You Will....awful standard AOR...Stevie on autopilot much like "Silver Girl"...she could do much better
For anyone who actually could vote the sad Goodbye Baby Off  |
Goodbye Baby and Smile At You, to go.
