Ridgefield Roll Call

Who's going tomorrow? Anyone want to try to meet up before the show?

I haven't been to the Ridgefield Playhouse before. Can anyone elaborate on parking or restaurants in the area?

Ridgefield is a great venue. There is not a bad seat in the house. Parking is not a problem. Downtown Ridgefield is close by and fun to walk through. Go by car because the venue is a bit of a walk but certainly doable. I have had dinner many times at Luc's. It is french and a bit pricey but the food is excellent and sometimes Keith Richards hangs out in the bar.

I can't meet up before because of a commitment but I'll be seated in J-101/102. Stop by and introduce yourself,I would love to meet a ledgie!

I'm gonna be there...so excited:woohoo:! It looks like a great venue. I don't know if I can meet up before hand but I'll probably get there around 6:30.

I would not walk AFTER the concert. It's a hike from the main street and there are virtually no street lights (or sidewalks, if IIRC) from the venue to downtown. Last time he performed there, I was planning on doing just that until a friend who had been there before told me I was insane, and another friend graciously stepped in and drove us all to the venue. We had a lot of fun, even though I needed root canal and was in pain (good times, good times).

We didn't eat pre-show but after, we had a hard time finding anything open. We found a pizzeria that was near the end of their shift and ate what they had while they sort of mopped up around us. But, Lindsey has been starting earlier and it's a Saturday, so that might not be an issue.

But, I agree, it's a very lovely venue and a cute town. Enjoy the show!
