Those journal entries are so chilling. Really give a unique perspective on the tragedy. I read them yesterday and I teared up several times when reading all of the entries.

Thank you for posting...and now I am about to start crying. :(

I thought we might get one of these given the anniversary.

I saw video of the people jumping. It's an image that's burned into memory. No one ever talks about that. Much too tragic. Way too sad. :(

And~ it~ causes~ her~ fans~ to~ use~ them~ to~ an~ even~ worse~ degree~ and~ it's~ really~ annoying~ because~ they~ aren't~ supposed~ to~ be~ used~ as~ punctuation~ :p

But they're so pretty. :p

You know that's why she uses them.

Sorry, that was pretty clear in retrospect. I was wondering if you were making a Krugman-style complaint against 9/11 sentimentality. All the controversy over the last few days is affecting me, I guess.:o

I can deal with those, but why does she have to choose such an annoying font? Is she trying to get all of her fans to hate computers as much as she does?

Something in all of our hearts died that day ... and she is such a beautiful writer isn't she? I could feel her fear, pain, and tears. And I love the unique font, and these ~~~~~~~~~~~~ thingys too :nod:
