The Talk CBS
Finally Stevie is going to on the Talk this Sept 13th....
Funny that she is doing it since there was that tweet a while back when someone asked a producer of the show if she was asked to be on and he said she declined the offer. |
This is good news again she will be treated very well on this show
|
I wonder if this means that Stevie will actually sit down and talk with the hosts and not just perform. That should be great. I hope they ask her some fun things and get a little silly and giggly with her.

I never heard or seen the show.but I'll watch now.

Sara Gilbert, one of the hosts, is a huge fan. She has mentioned Stevie several times on the show over the past year. So hopefully she will come up with some good questions.
|
I actually was in the audience back in May when I was in LA. I'm sure they'll give away her cd which will be great!
The day I went I got a box of pans from Fabio from Top Chef. I had to ship 'em home! The ladies did seem very genuine. At least Sharon and Sara did. Leah I can take or leave, Julie wasn't there and for the life of me I can't remember the last one on there. |
I actually never heard of "The Talk"....but I'll make sure to find it and DVR it lol
|
Looking forward to this. I think the fact that Stevie & Sharon are casual acquaintances will make this interesting, plus Sharon can be a hoot & hopefully Stevie lets her guard down and shows us how funny she can be.

They have advertised this as an EVENT. Stevie is supposed to perform THREE of her classics. Basically, her and Fleetwood Mac's greatest hits will get a sales boost. What about the new album?

The announcement was made on-air on The Talk today and comes as a special surprise to host Sara Gilbert who is a longtime fan of Nicks, the Fleetwood Mac rock icon. Upon hearing the news from co-host Sharon Osbourne, Gilbert exclaimed, “Best gift ever! I’m almost speechless…I’m so excited, thank you so much!” A Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame inductee, Nicks released her first solo album in 10 years in May with “In Your Dreams.” Her extraordinary career as a solo artist, songwriter, live performer and member of Fleetwood Mac is legendary. Fleetwood Mac's "Rumours" is one of the biggest selling albums of all time. Nicks penned such Mac classics as "Landslide," "Dreams," "Gold Dust Woman" and "Rhiannon." As a solo artist, beginning with the five-time platinum debut "Bella Donna," her solo hits include "Edge of Seventeen," "Leather and Lace" and "Stand Back." |

Landslide
For What Its Worth Rhiannon or Stand Back For What Its Worth Landslide I'm guessing its one of those 2 sequences. |

Sure thing - Stand Back and Landslide, or Landslide and Stand Back...eeh. |
I wish it would be 2 out of the 3 IYD songs and that those 2 weren't both Secret Love and For What Its Worth.
