Bella Donna artwork with buzzard or vulture?

Does anyone have the spoofed artwork of the Bella Donna album cover where Stevie is holding a buzzard or vulture? I think her eyes are crossed also? There's a radio interview where this is brought up to her and she says how funny she thought it was and that she wanted a copy of it. Does anyone have this artwork?

omg i was hoping someone would post this...i wanna see it
