I don't know what's more creepy- the fact that they would age a dead person, or the fact that they assume she would look like Skeletor at the age of 50. She would have never looked this haggard. Evah!

I can only assume they realized how tasteless this was but did it to create a minor scandal. An unfortunate show of desperation from Newsweek.
