Mulholland Drive.

Omg.

Just watching "Mulholland Drive" for the first time on PVR.

Just saw the "Lady from the Mountain" @ 1.03, ie, "Louise ".

Good movie so far.

Except on the begining they used LAX Departures as Arrivals.

FYI.

The departures taxis are not allowed to make pick-up.

Omg

What a phuqed-up movie.

Wish I had done whatever Lynch was on.

But then again, was it a brilliant movie.

HUGE Lynch fan. Some strange stuff eh? Kinda gotta be prepared for any of his flicks. I love dissecting his "well maybe this is supposed to mean that" movie-making, but the doll LOST me on Inland Empire. WEIRD, weird, weird!!

Several degrees of seperation w/ Isaak being in TP, and then working w/ Stevie...and then some vague other background, music comparison, etc to SN. Really, it's there. :wavey:

...and don't forget Stevie's cover of Tom Petty's "Freefallin'," which contains the line "I wanna glide down over Mulholland."

Ok - I know it's off topic (sorta) but I have to chime in. I love the movie - and love the mention of Lady From the Mountain.

My partner gets irritated with this movie and its lack of 'sense'. Well - some might say... I say it was all a dream... a bad bad dream from the opening gun shot in the pillow. It's easiest to sum it up that way, I find. ha ha
