Max Factor OUTSTANDING song

Remember this wonderfully outstanding song from an old Max Factor commercial?

http://youtu.be/yz6wHPbfJf0

It's at 1:31.

It's the great, wonderful TAKE IT TO THE MAXI! song from Max Factor's Maxi-Lash 24 Hour Mascara.

Who are those women who sang this wonderful, memorable song? Sister Sledge? Chic?
