Those are great choices. I had to start this thread because someone on Amazon, saying they were a Stevie fan, panned IYD partially because of "schoolgirl lyrics" which I found truly baffling.

Love that image.

This album has some of Stevie's best and most mature lyrics, though there are still some clunkers. I love all the internal rhyming she does in these songs... Can't remember the exact examples now but I'll post them when I do!

It's: "I'm always in and out of your light"

A great many, but this one stands out from Moonlight.

Yes, I second this. I actually love a lot of the lyrics in Soldier's Angel.

That line ALWAYS gives me goosebumps. Especially when she lifts up the melody on the "...a ghost" part and leaves it hovering there til the end of the next line! It's my favorite moment of the whole album! :)
