Eyes of the World Poll

I find it interesting that Lindsey has done so many versions of this song--so distinct from each other. I wonder if he will do one on Friday. . . Which version of "Eyes of the World" is YOUR favorite?!

Worth noting that "Stephanie" is Stevie's favorite Lindsey song of all time.

The only other song I can think of that seems to have undergone nearly comparably (but not even) radical versions is Peacekeeper (bootleg, SYW, Single Edit (which I haven't heard--hint hint), Live In Boston, Soundstage 2005).

Bang the Drum from Go Insane sorta has the riff too, doesn't it?

Bang the Drum!

I kid, I kid. I voted for Live in Boston because I love the intro and think it has a really cool energy. That said, I DO really miss the back and forth of Lindsey and Christine's vocals, so the Mirage tour version is a close second.

Live in boston made me love a song i was lukewarm on.

Mick

"Live In Boston" all the way! Ugh, such a perfect way to present a more obscure song. There was so much energy and it was an overall fantastic performance. I would have thought it was a classic FM song if I didn't know better.

Live In Boston, definitely.

Live In Boston - it's FANTASTIC, I can watch it over and over again!

I voted for Stephanie. Though my favorite not listed is the Coach House in 1992.
