I'm sitting here doing monitors for a touring country act, as I type this. Beck's Dark and a whiskey Sprite by my side. I'll be off around midnight, and made about $80/hr today.

Yes... I thought Grace was the most fascinating person in the entire documentary. She kind of seems to be the "man behind the curtain" of the whole Vogue enterprise, and probably one of the most key people in the entire fashion industry.

It's interesting how different Anna's daughter was from Anna herself, too. You'd think she'd be ruthless and impossibly snooty since her Mother is basically the queen of the fashion world. Yet she actually seems downright laid back and almost earthy instead!

For what it's worth, I didn't think Anna herself didn't come across as the wicked villain she's been portrayed to be. Cold, yes... and probably the single most career focused person on the planet. But if she were a man she'd be heralded for her genius instead of being labeled frosty and impossible to please. :shrug:
