I've seen this but I didn't remember the part about various people telling her NOT to take lessons... interesting.

Obviously we hear Stevie play piano in tons of demos, and we SEE her in some pictures and a few music videos playing guitar .. but is there a recording out there somewhere of Stevie actually playing one live? Anything?


I'm so envious of Stevie's wardrobe (mostly her older stuff) and her jewelry. It's all pretty amazing.

It's funny. When I read Stevie interviews, she doesn't endear herself to me. She sounds lost in her fantasy world and I just find it grating. But when I see her in an interview, really hear her speak.....I adore her. She's charming, witty, oh so sweet and just damn lovely. She's like the Mother I always wanted.

Edit: You think she'd agree if I wrote her a letter asking to meet up for a cuddle?

I have alot of Stevie style clothes in my wardrobe, completely by accident. I just seem to have developed her taste in clothes expression even before I was a fan.

She played guitar on the L&L demo.

On her 1998 Storytellers, we see Stevie playing "Rhiannon" on piano (and even a tiny bit of "Sara"!). On 20/20 in 1980, Stevie played "Sisters Of The Moon" on piano.

Hey, I am not hallucinating after all! in one video from this tour I saw a wedding ring on her left finger, but figured I was as confused about right/left as she was back in the USA Fest when she introduced her band.:lol: I swear I saw a ring on Waddy's left finger in this tours videos.

Well there is this little bitty clip in the Sometimes It's a Bitch video, but I don't know where the full video is. Looks like it is some footage from the making of Bella Donna or Wild Heart.
