UK Ledgies: Those who have pre-ordered IYD
 

Hey everyone, I was just wondering for all the UK ledgies out there if you have pre-ordered Stevie's new album directly through the Warner/Reprise site or if you have ordered it through a third party - i.e. Amazon/HMV/Play.com? (my problem with these is that I think one has a release date of June [prob the UK release date since it is an import cd] and Amazon i think are quite a bit more expensive too. Also what are the chances of actually having it on release day??) Therefore I was wondering where people have ordered their copy from???

I've pre-ordered a copy directly from warner & 3 from play.com for the official UK release to give to friends and relatives who I know will like it. If my copy doesn't arrive on the day of release, I'll have no problems downloading it from a torrent site and knowing I've paid for 4 copies of it already :)

I have the import CD on pre-order from Amazon's UK site at the moment. I think that means I'll get it about a week later than US release?

Am swithering over whether to download. I really don't care much for MP3s and would like to wait and hear it on a disc, but then I guess that means avoiding the Ledge for a while! :laugh:

I got Sara Bareilles's second album on import pre-order from Amazon UK and it came on the day of release :)

I ordered mine through HMV - currently on offer at £8.99 as opposed to the £20 price on Amazon.

They are really good - they normally arrive before the day of release - on the friday/saturday preceeding

Pre-orderef from amazon.com. I'll probably get it about a week-10 days after the US release, which is still before the UK one, and I'll be paying less than I would if I oredered it as an import.
