New Survivor-ish Game- The Demos!
Every Stevie Survivor has been done here sometimes 3-4 times. But we've never done anything with demos. The reson may be there's an endless amount of demos and not everyones heard the same ones, but I feel there can be ways around that. And I htink nows the right time considering Stevie's about to release her album, we can see what the top 3 demos ledgies want included in the "next" album.
I think there's two possible ways to do this. We come up with a master list of demos to be included as almost a nomination type thing. Then when we get to about 20 or so we start voting them out survivor style. OR we do a point system. Every person makes their own personal list of top 10 demos. Their choice for #1 gets 10 points. #2 will get 9 points until #10 which gets 1 point. Then after maybe 2 to 3 weeks we'll close things down and add up the point and come up witht he Ledgies favorie demos. This system wouldn't be survivor at all, but i think would be more efficient. This thread will be to decide how we do it. Thoughts. |
I saw we either have a set list of songs and do a survivor, or we have a set list and rank them in a points system like the game I did! :)

Or actually, I have an idea.
Whoever runs the game, picks 10 demos and 10 regular songs, splitting them into two "tribes". Then each round starts with a poll, "tribe 1" vs. "tribe 2", and we vote for which set of songs we prefer, and the tribe that loses, we get to vote a song off of that tribe, just like the real game!! |
I say have an initial round of people listing their favorite demos for x amount of days (no limit to the amount). From that take the top 10 most popular and do a regular survivor game. A lot of people will not be able to pick 10 favorite demos so that will exclude them. You're better off giving them a choice.
