This doesn't surprised me. A lot of Miley's vocal style imo seems very remniscent of Stevie's, albeit not as good.

Surely this is one of the 4 horsemen, right?

That's great! I wish Lindsey would wear one when she goes to court.

estranged4life 02-19-2011 11:40 PM

Well...

at least she has taste with the T-shirt and the Panera Bread bag in hand

If I ever heard that she would be playing Stevie, I wouldn't be upset. Yes, she's having an identity crisis and I hope she doesn't get as out of control as Lindsay, but she's not a bad actress. And it's by acting that I think she could capture Stevie most easily. Her singing voice would take more effort for Miley to re-enact than the dramatic scenes would.

What would bother me is the fact that she neither speaks nor looks anything like Stevie. At all.

I just laughed for five minutes straight.

"Don't blame it on me"-
That girl's achy-breaky-daddy certainly kept that shirt in great condition for 28 years!
Or, more likely, Miley has a personal shopper with access to vintage unused tourshirts- Maybe somebody ordered it from Chris Nicks for her. A used t shirt couldn't look that new still, I don't think. My 'Street Angel' sweatshirt is on the verge of being made into a pillow, the collar to it has fallen apart so badly- and that's a huge heavy sweater, but just too many spins in machines for *17 years. OMG. 17 years since 'Street Angel'.
Ya know, tonight is a very exciting night, reading the details as they come in about Stevie's San Diego album preview.
I wonder if anyone got anything, like cd singles or anything.

I have the exact same(original) one in perfect condition. How much you want to buy it for?

True. But she's more similar to Stevie than Reese was to June Carter Cash! Of course, the counter argument there is that Reese is a better actress than Miley.

Precisely.

I always thought Brittany Murphy would have been a good Stevie because she looked enough like her, was a fantastic singer, had a similar quality about her -I'll call it floatiness for lack of better word, and was a great actress.... but unfortunately that is no longer possible :(

Back on the topic of the thread, I wish I had Miley's shirt hah.
