Stevie Baby

Dave Stewart just posted this tribute to Stevie on his Twitter. I think I'm in love. :blob2:

Love, love, love it. Thanks. : )

I'm really enjoying his back up singers singing, "Stevie Baby"

Love it! I only wish he would have taken the opportunity and said "Outside the rain" instead of "out of the rain".

Very rockin' song. Loving Dave and can't wait for his album to come out. Also can't wait to hear his work on Stevie's album. Magik!

This is too cool!!! Can't wait for all of this stuff!

Thanks for posting!!! I love it a lot!!! :D

The music is very good. I can hear a riff of guitar from a Michael Jackson song. The words though are cheesy and silly. This is a song that sounds like it came from a teeny bopper in love with a girl. The vocal is horrible.:sorry:

I like "Everybody Loves You" better.
Wonder if we soon will get more than the snippet of 'ELY' that we've had for a while now. 'ELY' seems to have the potential to be quite a good song.
'SB' is fine, but kind of novelty-song sounding to me, which is fine. It's nice he paid her tribute, by name in song- maybe LB will write a 'Stephanie Too'- finally putting lyrics to his pretty instrumental of the song 'Stephanie' on the BN album. Probably, he will not.

Don't tease me like this!

This is a great and groovy song.

I like it! : ) Looking forward to the studio version...thanks for posting!

eminently listanable.:)

not bad. the song is kinda catchy. i thought i would hate it but i like it.

The original inspiration for this song title was actually Tom Petty's drummer Steve Perrone. Obviously the lyrics are Stevie but someone in the studio, either Perrone himself or Dave kept referring to him as Stevie Baby.
