Lindsey vs. Stevie Solo Album 2011 Release Dates
 

Just thought this would make for fun conjecture.

Rumours have it Lindsey is in the mastering stage while Stevie is in the mixing stage.

I think Lindsey's will come out first. If it's already in the mastering stage I'd guesstimate that it'll be out in Jan or Feb. I thought I read somewhere that Stevie's is being aimed for March. To be honest, I've not been following the news of Stevie's album at all since I have yet to actually listen to any of her solo albums so they don't really interest me. :o I should really give some of them a go some time.

I think and hope Lindsey's will come out first. I'm not really Big on Stevie solo.....so don't really care. So Lindsey all the way.:blob2:

Just like I feel about my ballot this morning, I wish I had thought through the choices more carefully before choosing. I now wish I had guessed: same day. It would be so perversely poetic, it's my hope, at least.

I really only care when Lindsey's album comes out...:sorry:

Same day would be pretty neat! I'll probably only buy Bucky's album and not that it would matter that much, but same day would still be awesome :laugh:

"Same day" ain't gonna happen. January's out...nobody in their right mind releases an album in JANUARY...that's the post-Christmas downtime. Mid-February at the earliest. They'll probably be released at least a month apart...to avoid competing release dates. Little to they know that the crossover between people who'd buy a Lindsey solo album and a Stevie solo album is infintessmally smaller than they assume. Only the Fleetwood Mac completists and the "Shipper" contingent...other than that, it seems like a very separate fanbase.


If Lindsey's in the mastering stage, then his might be first, but then it all depends if he's got the packaging & graphics ready. I'd conjecture that Stevie has about 10 album covers "ready to go" at any one time :laugh:...they just have to print the tracklist & credits and pick the font.

I reckon will see something around April or May.
