That kind of looks like he took that picture to a T-shirt shop and had it printed on top of a black shirt. I've made T-shirts like that before. His shirt doesn't look like a professionally made/distributed T-shirt.

I'm pretty sure the shirt is from the Girl Skateboarding Conmpany. Awhile back they made skateboarding decks with female rack stars on them. They had Stevie, Grace Slick, Debbie Harry, Patti Smith, Chrissie Hynde, and Joan Jett. Then after that they cam out with shirts for each of them. The Stevie one looks exactly like that. I can't find the exact site where I found them.
